IDBank offers affordable and fast loans in Armenian drams for the renovation and furnishing of real estate acquired or being acquired from the primary market. 

The loan amount ranges from 2 million to 20 million AMD, with an annual nominal interest rate of 13.75% and an annual effective interest rate of 14.50–14.80%, and a repayment period of up to 120 months. The bank provides loans of up to 10 million AMD without an income analysis.
