Yerevan /Mediamax/. In 2009, VTB Bank (Armenia) plans to realize a test emission of bonds, General Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors Valeri Ovsyannikov told Mediamax today.

“We cannot yet fully enter the stock market because the interest rates are not attractive and we doubt the prospects of realization of an emission at the volume of $20-30mln here”, Valeri Ovsyannikov stated, noting that the bank nevertheless considers the possibility to enter the stock market of Armenia, and aiming at this, it will make the “test step” in 2009.
