Yerevan /Mediamax/. “ArmRosGazprom” announced today the placement of second emission of its bonds at the total sum of## 1bln drams. Mediamax reports that the Financial Director of the Company Vahagn Arakelyan informed today that the principal value of the bonds will make 50 thousand drams, the circulation term – 36 months, annual interest rate – 9,5%. The payments will be made once in 6 months. The total volume of the emission will make 1bln drams, while the number of bonds will make 20 thousand. Half of the whole issue will be placed by means of a public subscription. The second half will be placed among the members of the syndicate of placement participants - “Armswissbank” CJSC, “Artsakhbank” CJSC and “Armenbrok” OJSC. Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank Vache Gabrielyan informed that the bonds of “ArmRosGazprom” are the most quoted ones at the Armenian Stock Exchange and they make 16% of all the deals. The first emission of “ArmRosGazprom” bonds was placed in 2007 at the sum of 1bln drams, with repayment term of 18 months and annual interest rate of 9%. Chairman of “ArmRosGazprom” CSJC Board Karen Karapetyan said today that the authorized capital stock of the company totaled $900mln, and by the end of the year it will make $1bln. Tweet Views 6667
