Emphasizing the importance of corporate social responsibility, within the framework of its Annual Meeting 2025, Armeconombank announced the launch of an important initiative in cooperation with Zinvori Tun Rehabilitation Center.The bank reported that the cooperation includes two key programs. The first is an educational program for soldiers with disabilities, with the opportunity for subsequent employment at the bank. The second program aims to expand the capacity of the center by improving inpatient treatment facilities. Launched this year with a total budget of AMD 50 million, the program will continue in 2026 as well.Nearly three dozen beneficiaries of the center participated in the training courses jointly organized by Armeconombank and Zinvori Tun. The two-month program included courses in foreign language proficiency, computer skills, and soft skills, including stress resilience and communication skills development.“At the initial stage, an assessment of educational needs was conducted, after which we proceeded with organizing the training courses. Particular attention was paid to enriching banking vocabulary in foreign languages and developing soft skills. Within the framework of the program, the participants gained highly practical knowledge and are genuinely enthusiastic about this project,” noted Satenik Elbakyan, Head of the Education Department of the Center, during a meeting between representatives of Zinvori Tun and the bank.Taking into account the strong interest of the program participants and emphasizing the importance of their awareness, Armeconombank initiated an additional seminar-discussion on banking sector. Marianna Melikjanyan, Head of Branches Activity Planning and Control Division at the bank, presented the legislative framework of the banking system, the key functions and objectives of the Central Bank, and the operations of commercial banks. Mariam Gevorgyan, Head of HR and Educational Programs at Armeconombank, introduced the bank’s core structure, as well as the fundamental standards of ethics and business conduct mandatory for all employees. The discussion also covered recruitment procedures and the main benefits offered to employees.“We attach great importance to this program implemented in cooperation with Zinvori Tun. We are hopeful that we can move forward and offer employment opportunities at the Bank to the program beneficiaries.
