Yerevan /Mediamax/. In 2007, combined annual global member firm revenue## of “Grant Thornton International” increased for 25% and made US$3,5 billion.

As Mediamax was told in the Marketing Department of “Grant Thornton Amyot”, following the results of the annual report published, in 2007 “Grant Thornton International” became the fastest growing of the six largest global accounting organizations.

David McDonnell, Chief Executive Officer of “Grant Thornton International” expressed content with the “progress to date”, stressing that “we are in pole position to take advantage of the growth opportunities available today as businesses increasingly demand partner attention and consistency in approach and quality”.

This is the fourth year “Grant Thornton International” has produced an annual review, which reveals information on the results of financial activity of the organization, risks management and quality control system. It also provides information on the requirements for membership in “Grant Thornton International” network, and the management structure is described.

“Grant Thornton Amyot” is the structural subdivision of “Grant Thornton International” in Armenia. The Company was set up in 1991 by Grant Thornton (France), aiming at rendering the necessary services to French investors in Armenia. In 1994, it received the first license for realizing audit activity, and in 1997 was registered as an Armenian-French joint enterprise, which was later on reorganized into “Grant Thornton Amyot” LLC.
