Yerevan /Mediamax/. The credit portfolio of commercial banks of Armenia as of January 31 ##of 2008 made 428.387mln drams.

As Mediamax was told in the National Statistical Service, the volume of credits, provided by banks in foreign currency as of January 31 made 168.804mln drams, in the national currency - 253.190mln drams.

As of December 31 of 2007, the number of customers of commercial banks of Armenia made 933.870, 45.350 of which – legal entities, 888.520- individuals.

As of December 31 of 2007, 1.104.400 bank accounts functioned in Armenian banks.
