Yerevan, February 21 /Mediamax/. “Unibank” and “Lavanda City” announced the start of a new mortgage program for purchasing cottages in the recreation zone on Lake Sevan.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of “Unibank”, within the framework of the program, mortgage credits will be provided for up to 10 years, the prepay will make 10% from the cost of the cottage, the annual rate – 16.5%.

In the recreation zone of “Lavanda City”, which has territory of 40 hectares, 400 cottages will be located, 200 of which are already put into exploitation, and the second half will be ready by September of the current year.
