The Georgian TBC Bank plans to buy a bank in Azerbaijan. Mediamax reports referring Trend that the Chairman of the TBC-Group Mamuka Khazaradze said this. “We are interested in the Azerbaijani financial market and we decided to realize our activities in the given country”, he noted. The Chairman of the Financial Group stated that “the talks on purchasing a bank in Baku are almost finished, and the results will be announced soon”. “We have many unique products, an excellently developed marketing service, and we have many things to offer the Azerbaijani business”, Khazaradze stated. “We chose Azerbaijan because of the business prospects, existing there. The Armenian market is not of interest for us yet”, he noted.
