Banks.am has learned that Armenia will send a delegation headed by acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to the World Economic Forum set to take place in Davos, Switzerland on January 22-25.Prime Minister’s Spokesman Arman Yeghoyan has neither confirmed nor denied this information when contacted by Banks.am, noting that the announcement about possible participation in the forum will be made at the corresponding moment.This year the forum will be titled “Spirit of Davos”.The main objective of the event is to gather together leaders of different countries to build global and regional cooperation, as well as collaboration in industry.The 2019 forum is expected to receive over 2500 guests. 15.01.2018 | 11:10 Karen Karapetyan to represent Armenia at World Economic Forum Armenia took part in the forum in 2018 after a long period of absence and was represented by then-Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan.
