Armswissbank has reduced interest rates on mortgage loans which will be provided from August 1, 2018.

In particular, the bank offers:

- 10.5%-11.5% annual interest rates for the mortgage loans taken within the framework of program “National Mortgage Company” UCO.

- 7%-7.5% annual interest rates for the mortgage loans taken within the framework of  program “Affordable Housing for Young Families” UCO (in case of acquisition of real estate in Yerevan, the Armenian Ministry of Finance subsidizes 2%, and in case of acquisition of real estate in the marzes of Armenia - 4%).
