Yerevan, April 11 /Mediamax/. Armenian President Robert Kocharian discussed with the First Vice-Prime Minister of Russia Sergey Ivanov today the issues of putting into operation the Armenian enterprises, handed over to the property of the Russian Federation within the framework of the “Property for debts” agreement. As Mediamax was told in the presidential press service today, Robert Kocharian and Sergey Ivanov also considered the issues of transport communication and the regional cooperation. The sides noted the growth of the volume of two-sided trade turnover and the increase of the presence of the Russian capital on the Armenian market. Earlier today, Sergey Ivanov met the Armenian Prime Minister Serzh Sarkisian. The Armenian Prime Minister noted that the most delicate issue in the Armenian-Russian relations remains the transport communication. In this connection Serzh Sarkisian expressed content in connection with putting into operation the Caucasus-Poti ferry. The Armenian Prime Minister also touched upon the topic of putting into operation the Armenian enterprises, handed over to the property of Russia within the framework of the “Property for debts” agreement. Serzh Sarkisian stressed that the Armenian side is ready to provide all the necessary conditions fore the quick solution of the given problem.
