Prime Minsiter of Armenia Karen Karapetyan instructed Minister-Chief of Armenian Government Staff David Harutyunyan to prepare a draft on amendments in a 3-week time, which will provide for legal entities to receive license solely online.

According to the Prime Minister, exceptions will be made for a number of licenses issued by the Defense Ministry and State Nuclear Safety Regulatory Commitее, given that they contain state secret components.
