Armenia Expo 2016, a trade fair of Armenian products and services that was held in Iran’s capital Tehran on October 5-8, came to an end and brought a number of business agreements.According to Development Foundation of Armenia press service, instead of the planned 80, 103 Armenian companies from almost all economic sectors took part in the expo, and the half of participants reached business agreements with Iranian companies.“Armenian companies were very successful at the trade fair. Companies from the two countries negotiate on the export of optical equipment, footwear, soft drinks, building materials. The decision has already been made on opening of an Armenian brand footwear shop in Iran. Companies from bank sector reached agreements on service,” said Export Director at Development Foundation of Armenia Hayk Mirzoyan.Banks.am found out earlier from the financial organizations, participants of the trade fair, which services they were going to present at the expo and what expectations they had.
