VivaCell-MTS announced today that from April 2 the tariff for 1 minute of incoming roaming calls in NKR (374 97 network) and outgoing calls to Armenia, as well as SMS texts, will make AMD 5.

VivaCell-MTS noted that this tariff will be valid until further notice.
