Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree today to relieve Head of President’s Control Service Hovhannes Hovsepyan of his post.

President signed another decree to appoint Hovhannes Hovsepyan the Head of State Revenue Committee.

It is worth reminding that President signed (in Armenian) a decree to reorganize Armenian Ministry of Finance on March 1, separating State Revenue Committee from it.

Hovhannes Hovsepyan was born on January 28 in 1973.

In 1990-1995, he studied at Faculty of Law at YSU; in 1996-1998, at Russian State Service Academy affiliated to the Russian President.

In 2003, he received a degree of Candidate of Juridical Sciences. He wrote 10 scientific articles.

In 2002-2006, he worked as Head of Human Resource Department in Armenian President’s administration.

In February-December 2007, he was Advisor to Armenian Minister of Territorial Administration.

In 2007-2008, he held the post of Armenian Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration.

On March 23 in 2008, he was appointed Head of President’s Control Service.
