Anthropic has announced a $1.5bn services-led joint venture with Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, and Hellman & Friedman, with additional backing from Apollo and General Atlantic. The new entity will work alongside the engineering teams of portfolio companies to build custom AI agents, redesign workflows and integrate AI into core operations, Finextra reports.The initial focus will be on the investors’ PE-owned firms spanning healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, retail, and real estate, giving Anthropic a pipeline into hundred of captive clients in the mid-market sector.“Enterprise demand for Claude is significantly outpacing any single delivery model.
