Innovative mobile startup PayX has kicked off in Armenia and already processes QR-code payments in a number of shops and service points.

“Soon all shops and service points with PayX logo will accept QR-code payments via mobile phone. It is a simple, two-step process: aim your phone camera at the QR-code and press “pay”,” said PayX.

The app allows making a payment with one touch and requires the user to only register once and add their bank card.

“PayX is free to download and register, simple and secure to use. Any individual or company who wants to receive or transfer money and make payments with a bank card can register in PayX,” added PayX.

The app will be available for free on iOS and Android.
