Unibank has completed the placement of a subordinated bonds issue totaling USD 10 million.

The bank reported that the bonds will be listed on the Armenian Securities Exchange.

“Unibank became the first bank in Armenia to issue subordinated bonds. The annual coupon rate is 6.25%, and the maturity of the bonds is 7 years. Due to the high level of public trust in Unibank and the favorable terms of the issue, the placement of the bonds has been completed ahead of schedule,” the bank said in a news release.
