The active sale of Telcell shares continues, with thousands of shareholders already making significant investments in one of Armenia’s leading financial ecosystems.In a press conference, Artyom Ghazaryan, CEO of Telcell OJSC, highlighted that the high interest in shares reflects the company’s dynamic growth, visible progress, and, most importantly, the public’s trust in the company. “There is still one month left to join a company that continuously strives for innovation and expands its range of services and tools. We are creating a new culture of investment in Armenia, giving everyone the chance to become a driving force behind financial and technological innovation,” said Artyom Ghazaryan, expressing confidence that Telcell’s 17 years of operation established a stable foundation, encouraging people to make sound and profitable financial decisions without losing sight of the long-term perspective.Armbrok Investment Company Deputy CEO Araksya Harutyunyan stated that as of now, we can confirm that the allotment process is actively underway, and there is strong interest from investors in the company’s shares. She noted that the allotment is of particular importance for the development of both the capital market and the fintech sector in Armenia, as well as for the continued introduction of innovative approaches: “We are confident that Telcell’s technological and financial potential is more than sufficient to attract the attention of both individual and institutional investors, and we are pleased to continue supporting it by establishing collaboration with all interested parties.” The company aims to distribute at least 50% of its annual profit as dividends. Telcell announced its initial public offering (IPO) of approximately 4 million shares, totaling around 1.5 billion AMD, on September 18.The allotment of shares is carried out by the investment company “Armbrok," while the custody of securities is managed by the Central Depository of Armenia. The share price is set at AMD 400, with a minimum purchase of 10 shares and a maximum of 500,000 shares.
