The National Bank of Azerbaijan (NBA) doesn’t confirm the fact that there is a deficit of monetary aggregates in the country.

“The National Bank has issued banknotes for 3 years ahead, and the new banknotes are put into circulation simultaneously with the old ones. Currently, 65% of new banknotes are in circulation and the old ones are replaced gradually,” Alim Guliyev, First Deputy Chairman of NBA Board stated.
