The Azeri Bank Respublika and the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) continue negotiations on concluding a loan agreement within the trade financing program, Chairperson of Respublika Board Kadija Gasanova told Trend.

The agreement should have been signed on June 12, 2006, but the signing was postponed because of some procedural issues.
