“Tashir” group President Samvel Karapetyan holds the second position in the Russian edition of Forbes magazine’s “Kings of the Russian Real Estate 2014” ranking.

The ranking features Russian and foreign owners of commercial real estate residing in Russia. The participant’s ranking is based on the income, which would enable him to purchase real estate in 2013. Other business incomes were not taken into account.

According to the ranking, Samvel Karapetyan’s property rent income made up USD 960mln.

The total volume of Samvel Karapetyan’s company’s investments as of 2013 made up USD 910mln out of which USD 600mln was invested in Moscow-based property.

With USD 3.8bln, Samvel Karapetyan holds the 29th position in “Russia’s Richest Businessmen 2014” ranking published by Forbes.

Owner of “Legion Development” company Danil Khachaturov holds the 30th (last) position in “Kings of the Russian Real Estate 2014” ranking.
