Under the decisions of the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia, heads of "AMUNDI-ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT" CJSC and "C-QUADRAT Ampega Asset Management Armenia" LLC were registered.

Stepan Gishyan, Christian Olivier André Marie  and Pierre Noel Romeien Desnose were registered as the members of Board of "AMUNDI-ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT" CJSC, the press service of the CB reports.

The company is founded by French "AMUNDI ASSET MANAGEMENT" with 51% shares and "ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK" with 49% shares.  In its turn, "AMUNDI ASSET MANAGEMENT" was set up by Crédit Agricole (75% shares) and Société Générale (25% shares). The volume of assets managed by "AMUNDI ASSET MANAGEMENT" makes around USd1tln. The company is represented in 30 countries. The number of customers exceeds 100mln. The company is the 1st in Europe and 9th in the world by the volumes of assets.

Registered members of Board of "C-QUADRAT Ampega Asset Management Armenia" LLC are as follows: Ernst Ludwig Draysse and Andreas Vimmere and Martin Gratse. Arman Vardanyan is registered as the Chairman of Board of the company.

"C-QUADRAT Ampega Asset Management Armenia" was established as a joint venture of German Talanx Asset Management GmbH with 25.1% shares and C-QUADRAT INVESTMENT AG-74.9%. The latter is an Austrian asset manager with USD6bln in 17 countries. Talanx Asset Management GmbH is the 3d insurance group in Germany by the volume of assets. The managed assets make around AMD180bln. The group is represented in 150 countries.
