The session of Board and Council of Shareholders of “Anelik Bank” CSJC was held today. During the session, Nerses Karamanukyan was appointed the Chairman of Board leaving his membership to the Council of the Bank.“”Anelik Bank” is fully owned by Lebanese Credit Bank which is a dynamically growing bank on the Lebanese market and has been awarded the prizes of “Best Financial Growth” and “Fastest Growth” over the past 2 years. He was the Chairman of Board of Ardshininvestbank in 2009-2011.Since 2011, he has worked as Regional Director of “Lydian International” for Caucasus and held the position of advisor on private sector of Armenian economy in Asian Development Bank before being invited to work in Anelik Bank.
