Yerevan/Mediamax/. \"CIS Money Transfers: Prospects of Development, New Trends and Technologies\" international conference started upon the initiative of the Unistream international money transfer system in Yerevan today. Speaking at the opening of the conference, President of the Association of Russian Banks Garegin Tosunyan said that the main goal of the conference is to gather all the more considerable market players and discuss prospects of their development.Armenian Prime Minister who also attended the opening of the conference stressed the importance of discussion of flexible and detailed mechanisms of regulating the money transfers sector \"which is permanently replenished with new technological solutions and where regulation shouldn\'t constrain development\". \"2013 will become a crucial year for Armenia in terms of use of information technologies by businesses: about 60 000 business entities of Armenia will shift to electronic tax reporting and will acquire an electronic signature. It opens new opportunities for the development of the electronic banking and diversification of services provided by the money transfer systems across Armenia\", noted Tigran Sargsyan. Member of the Board of the Central Bank Oleg Aghasyan pointed out the importance of stable work in Armenia and development of the money transfer systems given the correlation between money transfers to Armenia and GDP makes about 18%.\"During the conference, issues of legislative regulation, bank monitoring including peculiarities of local legislations and current instruments for boosting transparent and effective market will be discussed.
