Yerevan/Mediamax/. VTB Bank (Armenia) summed up \"Summer with VTB\"  marketing campaign today. During the raffles, 100 VISA cardholders of VTB Bank (Armenia) won valuable presents.

\"The campaign aimed at increasing the volume of non-cash payments through VISA cards of VTB Bank (Armenia) and enhancing awareness of Armenian consumers on functions of modern VISA payment cards\", said Director of the  Retail Business Development Department of VTB Bank (Armenia) Artak Khachatryan.

According to him, all the bank\'s cardholders took part in the campaign and their number amounts to about 200 thousand as of now. \"Such awards help boost the increase in non-cash payments make card tools more popular among stores\", he said.

Within the campaign, valuable prizes including 50 certificates for home appliances and 50 certificates for banking products on beneficial terms in VTB Bank (Armenia)- -1% interest rate while issuing a loan and +1 %  in case of deposits-  have been raffled off among the VISA cardholders who accumulated bonus points.

The grand prix, a trip to Greece for two people, was awarded to cardholder of VTB Bank (Armenia) Sergey Abovyan. \"I have never won during raffles and that was a real surprise to me and I am thankful for it\", said the winner.

Within the campaign, the number of non-cash transactions through VISA cards of VTB Bank (Armenia) increased by 80% against the same period of 2011.

According to the Director of the Retail Business Development Department of VTB Bank (Armenia), two similar campaigns are scheduled for next year.
