Yerevan/Mediamax/. The American Chamber of Commerce in Armenia (AmCham) elected a new Board of Directors during its twelfth Annual General Meeting.

The General Meeting elected the Directors as follows:

Ararat Ghukasyan (Byblos Bank Armenia), Arthur Hovhannisyan (Synergy International Systems Inc. Armenian Branch), Gagik Arzumanyan (Armenian Copper Programme), Gagik Gyulbudaghyan (Grant Thornton), Garnik Tonoyan (Ingo Armenia), Diana Ghazaryan (Armenian representation of Booz Allen Hamilton), Karen Zakaryan (NASDAQ OMX Armenia), Heiko Kreisel (Zeppelin Armenia) and Tigran Gasparyan (KPMG Armenia).

The General Meeting re-elected Edward Mouradian, the Director and shareholder of Prudence Law Firm, in the office of AmCham President. David Atanessian, Managing Partner of First Mortgage Company, and Georgi Isayan, Director of LTX-Credence Armenian LLC, were re-elected to serve as the First and Second Vice Presidents respectively.
