Armeconombank has completed ahead of schedule the placement process for AMD-denominated bonds worth a total volume of 3 billion AMD, issued on April 1, 2026. The bank reported that the bonds carry an annual coupon yield of 9.75%, with semiannual coupon payments. The circulation period is 36 months, and the maturity date is April 1, 2029. The bonds will be listed on the Armenia Stock Exchange and will be quoted by a Market Maker.Coupon payments and redemption of the bonds will be carried out according to the following schedule: • 1st payment – October 1, 2026• 2nd payment – April 1, 2027• 3rd payment – October 1, 2027• 4th payment – April 1, 2028• 5th payment – October 1, 2028• 6th payment and redemption of nominal value – April 1, 2029 You can find detailed information about the bonds in the prospectus.Armeconombank is supervised by the Central Bank of Armenia.
