Yerevan/Mediamax/. The Armenian Prime Minister presented the results of the payments to the state budget as of the first quarter of 2012 today saying that “the program of tax and customs payments and social benefits is fulfilled and even overfulfilled”.

The PM recalled that the issue of tax payments evoked active discussions in 2011 and besides, various circles of the society were concerned about the budget fulfillment, Mediamax reports.

According to the Prime Minister, AMD 177bln was collected as of the first quarter which exceeds the 2011 index by AMD7.5bln. 

“The program is being fulfilled and I am sure this rate will maintain till the end of 2012”, noted Tigran Sargsyan.
