Yerevan/Mediamax/. \"Prosperous Party of Armenia\" (PPA) offers to pass to popular capitalism.

PPA leader Gagik Tsarukyan said this at the Congress of the party today, Mediamax reports.

\"The transition to popular capitalism is necessary, so that all the people, ordinary citizens could use the benefits of the country. We can\'t anticipate changes by using the old methods,\" PPA leader said.

According to him, the most urgent problem of Armenia today is the emigration and the lack of workplaces.

\"We need system changes, particularly the support of small and medium businesses, which will lead to the formation of the middle class,\" said Gagik Tsarukyan.
