Yerevan/Mediamax/. Services of UNISTREAM international money transfer system are now available in all the 55 branches of Ardshininvestbank.

The services are provided in Russian rubles, U.S. dollars and euro. Upon transferring money from Armenia, the clients are also provided with non-contact option. UNISTREAM has currently 4 partner banks in Armenia.

Commenting on the start of the cooperation with Ardshininvestbank, UNISTREAM President Suren Hayriyan noted that it’s an important project for promoting the network system in Armenia taking into account the scales of the operation and the volume of the financial institute in the country. He also stated that the system will maximally boost its efforts towards growing the network in Armenia next year.

Hayriyan noted that apart from substantial increase in the number of points in 2012, UNISTREAM strategy in Armenia will give an impetus to promoting new products and options here including unified customer card (UCC), non-contact format and many others.

Speaking about the success the system reached, Hayriyan underlined the high rates of UCC promotion – almost 80% of incoming transfers are currently made through the cards.

Over the first 9 months of 2011, UNISTREAM turnover in terms of dollars in Armenia grew by 20% against the same period of 2011.
