Yerevan/Mediamax/. HSBC Bank Armenia was named “Bank of the Year in Armenia” by the The Banker magazine in the category \"Bank of the Year Awards 2011\". 

During the official ceremony, that took place on Thursday, November 30, 2011 in London, HSBC Bank Armenia Board Member Mark Emmerson received the award, bank\'s press-service informs.

Criteria for choosing the winners included growth in assets, profitability, shareholder returns, strategic relationships, customer service, competitive pricing, innovative products and the level of support for small and medium businesses in the post-crisis period.  The survey results will be published in the December 2011 issue of “The Banker” magazine.
