Yerevan/Mediamax/. According to the draft state budget 2012 submitted to the Armenian parliament, AMD 18bln will be allocated for establishing a package for social support of government employees.

Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan stated today that the sum of AMD 18bln will be equally available to almost 100 thousand government employees, Mediamax reports.

“We will distribute it equally irrespective of the post and salary of a government employee”, said the PM.

In his turn, Minister of Finance of Armenia Vache Gabrielyan stated that the government employee can use the non-cash package in 4 areas – medical insurance, mortgage lending, education and having a holiday in Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh. The payments will be made by the financial or accounting division of the institution instead of government employees.
