Yerevan/Mediamax/. Yerevan Mayor Karen Karapetyan appealed to Yerevan’s residents saying that “I love you very much and we have many things to do together for the sake of our beloved Yerevan and our country”.

Karen Karapetyan who had resigned from his post wrote about this on his Facebook page.

“The decision on the resignation was a tough one and I state with all the responsibility that it wasn’t conditioned by political reasons as it is presented. I confirm that the decision was conditioned by only personal factors”, said Karen Karapetyan.

“Excuse me for the uncompleted tasks and commitments as well as expectations and programs which authorities and society linked to my activity”, said Karen Karapetyan.
