Yerevan, /Mediamax/. The Armenian State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition made a decision on fining “Fresh” supermarket AMD500 thousand for unfair competition today.

The clients of “Fresh” supermarket filed a complaint to the Commission about breach of the rules of the action announced by the supermarket, Mediamax reports.

The investigation held by the Commission showed that the goods presented within the framework of the campaign hadn’t been sold at the price mentioned in the advertisement.
