Chrystie Management becomes the full owner of Armbusinessbank

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Chrystie Management Company became the owner of 100% of “Armbusinessbank” CJSC shares.

As of 19 July 2011, Armbusinessbank’s chartered capital makes AMD 13.450.000.000 which comprises 26.900 ordinary shares.

Chrystie Management is registered on the British Virgin Islands.
