Yerevan/Mediamax/. Euromoney Magazine awarded Ameriabank with the “Award for Excellence” naming it the best bank of Armenia in 2011. The award ceremony was held in London.

Ameriabank Retail Banking Director Vazrik Sekoyan said at a press conference last week that the effective management system of the bank, expanding positions on the local market and introduction of new services in trading houses have been taken into consideration. According to him, Euromoney also took into consideration the bank’s development rates, the growth of financial indices, the merger with Cascade Bank as well as the attraction and placement of $130mln from international financial structures during last two years.
