Yerevan/Mediamax/. Extraordinary general meeting of Nairit Plant’s shareholders met the request of the Company CEO Vahan Melkonyan on his resignation today.

By another decision of the meeting, first Deputy CEO, Chief Engineer Hovik Akhinyan is appointed Acting CEO of the Plant.

Annual meeting of the Plant’s shareholders accepted and approved the annual financial report of the company, placed at the official website www.nairit.am.
