Yerevan/Mediamax/. Session of the Board of Trustees of the Fund for Rural Economic Development in Armenia (FREDA) took place in Yerevan presided by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsian.

Director of the Fund Tigran Khanikyan presented the draft Strategic Development Program for FREDA in 2011-2015.

In 2011, the volume of investment portfolio of the Fund makes AMD 1.6bln, within the framework of which they plan to realize investment programs in the sphere of agricultural product processing, dairy product production, canning of fruits and vegetables, production of wine, poultry farming, fish breeding and establishment of cold storages and hotbeds.

The presented document was approved by the Board of Trustees.
