Yerevan/Mediamax/. British CERTIFICATION INTERNATIONAL (UK) LIMITED Company held annual audit of “Armbusinessbank” for the second time, reaffirming compliance of the bank’s activity with ISO 9001:2008 international quality management standards.

Auditor highly assessed the works the bank held in 2010. The works aimed at improving and developing quality management system. Last year, the system of the bank’s internal legal acts was mainly formed. It meets ISO 9001:2008 quality management standards. The process of organization of customer service and information of customers has been significantly improved as well.

Following the results of the audit, three new branches of the bank – “Vardenis”, “Nor-Hachn” and “Abovyan” - were also certified.
