Yerevan/Mediamax/. On June 20, “Artsakh HPP” Company plans to launch payment of dividends to shareholders following the results of the activity in 2010.

Mediamax reports that in “Artsakh HPP”, the volume of dividends will make 100 AMD per share, or 10% of its nominal value.

Last year, as a result of an additional second issue of shares, shares totaling AMD 1bln 400mln were placed.

The number of shareholders of the company increased to 1200.

The incomes of “Artsakh HPP” in 2010 made AMD 1bln 636mln, or 61.6% more, as compared to 2009. The net profit for this period increased almost by 72%.
