Yerevan/Mediamax/. In the first quarter, 2011, Armenal foil-rolling plant produced 6610 tons of production, and this is the highest index for the entire 11 years’ period of the enterprise’s activity.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of Armenal that the volume of foil export in tons in the first quarter increased by 7.7% (5 867 tons). The growth of export in monetary expression in the accounting period made 20.5% (USD 20.44mln), which makes 8.22% of the entire Armenian export in the first quarter.

The plant is the largest Armenian exporter of ready industrial production.
