Yerevan/Mediamax/. “VTB Bank (Armenia)” CJSC and “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC (ENA) concluded an agreement on cooperation, directed at development of long-term mutually beneficial partnership.

Mediamax was informed in the bank today that within the framework of the agreement, “VTB Bank (Armenia)” will realize exclusive maintenance of ENA’s special account.

At present, “VTB Bank (Armenia)” realizes complex maintenance of ENA, including short-term and long-term financing of operational activity and investment projects, as well as provision of banking guarantees.

General Director of “VTB Bank (Armenia)” Valeri Ovsyannikov stated that “we are very happy for deepening the existing interrelations, and within the framework of the given agreement we also plan joint cooperation also in the direction of providing diverse banking products”.

General Director of “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC Yevgeni Bibin noted that “the agreement is of extreme importance for us in search of new financial tools for  running business”.
