Yerevan/Mediamax/. An agreement on handing over “Artsakhenergo” to private management of “A-E-G” CJSC will be signed in the nearest future.

Spokesman for the government of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), Hrant Alexanian, said this Mediamax in an interview. However, he refused to specify the conditions of the agreement.

“A-E-G Service” CJSC is the subsidiary of Armenian “AEG Service” LLC company.

As the official web site of “AEG Service” says, the company was established in 2007 in accord with the agreement with “ArmRosgasprom” and provides technical maintenance, domestic appliances and gas consumption systems maintenance (592.731 subscribers) services. It serves industrial enterprises (over 3400 organizations). “AEG Service” LLC also implements sales of domestic gas supply appliances and systems.
