Mediamax reports that the Head of Financial System and Financial Stability Policy Department of Armenian CB Vahe Vardanyan said this in Yerevan today. He informed that insurance companies will work on December 31 too, and in the year of 2011 they will start working since January 3. Vahe Vardanyan informed that the “CTP Law” coming into force will not be delayed and starting from January 10, the Police will be fining all drivers (the volume of the fine makes 50 thousand AMD), who have not registered a policy. Director of the Bureau of Car Insurers of Armenia Vahan Avetisyan informed that the Bureau has accredited 3 expert organizations and 15 individual experts, assessing the damage, as well as 4 expert organizations and 20 individual experts on examining the reasons of traffic accidents. The Bureau also registered 9 agreements between insurance companies and car services, as well as formed a medical commission, consisting of 10 specialists.
