Yerevan/Mediamax/. In January-October, 2010, Armenian GDP increased by 2.4%, as compared to the same period of 2009. As Mediamax was informed in the National Statistical Service of Armenia, GDP volume in January-October, 2010, made 2 trillion 755bln 629.7mln AMD. Speeds of GDP growth in Armenia since June continue slowing down: in January-May, 2010, the economy growth made 8.8%, and in January-June – 6.7%, in January-July – 4%, in January-August – 3.1%, and in January-September – 2.8%. Volume of industrial output in the country in January-October, 2010, made 653bln 627.5mln AMD, having increased by 9.8%, as compared the analogous period of 2009. 16.8% decline was observed in January-October, 2010, in the sphere of agriculture. 5.1% decline is registered in construction sector.Armenian export increased by 41.3% in January-October, 2010Foreign trade turnover of Armenia made AMD 1 trillion 425.6bln or USD 3bln 795.4mln in January-October, 2010, having increased by 21.1%, as compared to the same period of 2009. As Mediamax was informed in the National Statistical Service of Armenia that export volume increased by 41.3%, making AMD 298.2bln or USD 793.9mln in the accounting period. Import in January-October, 2010, increased by 16.7%, as compared to the same period of 2009, making AMD 1 trillion 127.4bln or USD 3bln 1.5mln.
