Yerevan/Mediamax/. Incomes of Armenian state budget increased by 22.2% in January-July, 2010, as compared to the analogous period of 2009, making 438.8bln AMD. Mediamax was informed in the press service of Armenian Ministry of Finance that the expenditure part of the state budget increased by 8.7%, as compared to the same period of 2009, making 463.5bln AMD. The revenue and expenditure parts of the state budget secured respectively 85.1% and 72.9% of the state budget program, approved by the government for the first three quarters, 2010. 92.2% of the state budget revenues are formed due to tax proceeds, state duties and compulsory social payments. Growth of the expenditure part of the state budget, according to the information, is mainly conditioned by maintenance of the state debt, increase of expenditures related to grants, as well as reduction of proceeds in connection with takeover of non-financial assets.
