Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian parliament approved in final reading the changes to the law on “Guaranteeing compensation of bank deposits for individuals”.

According to the changes, from now on the size of compensation of bank deposits in AMD will make 4mln AMD (instead of 2mln), in foreign currency – 2mln AMD (instead of 1mln).

The approved changes also provide for the commitments of the Fund on revising the size of the guaranteed sum once in 5 years.
