Yerevan/Mediamax/. In January-April, 2010, Armenian GDP increased by 7.2%, as compared to the same period of 2009. As Mediamax was informed in the National Statistical Service of Armenia today, GDP volume in January-April made 777bln 558.4mln AMD. Volume of industrial production in January-April, 2010, made 242bln 590mln AMD, having increased by 12.9%, as compared to January-April of 2009. 8.8% growth is also registered in the sphere of construction, as compared to the same period last year. From all main sectors of economy, decline (1%) is registered only in agriculture. Average monthly salary increased in Armenia in January-April, 2010, by 7.5%, as compared the analogous period of 2009, making 104 058 AMD. At that, the salary in budgetary organizations increased by 3.9% and made 83 695 AMD in the accounting period, while in non-budgetary organizations it made 133 568 AMD (increase – 10.8%).Armenian export increased by 64.3% in January-April, 2010Foreign trade turnover of Armenia made AMD 545.1bln or USD 1bln 408.7mln in January-April, 2010, having increased by 30.9%, as compared to the same period of 2009. As Mediamax was informed in the National Statistical Service of Armenia today, export volume increased by 64.3%, making AMD 112.4bln or USD 289.8mln in the accounting period. Import in January-April, 2010, increased by 24.4%, as compared to the same period of 2009, making AMD 432.7bln or USD 1bln 118.9mln.
