Yerevan/Mediamax/. Central Bank (CB) of Armenia lowered the rating of “Shen-Concern” CJSC from B- to C+.

Mediamax was informed in CB press service that the ratings of three other issuers have been reaffirmed: “ArmRosGazprom” CJSC (B), “Imex Group” LLC (B-), “Valletta” (C-).

Armenian CB also left unchanged the ratings of “Electric Networks of Armenia” (C+), “Euroterm” (B) and “Star Divide” (C-).

Rating of “Electropribor” OJSC is lowered for 2 points down to the level of D at once. The previous rating C- was assigned to the company in March, 2009.
